For the month of March and April 2011, we have promotional rates (if check in is on or before 15.04.2011) as follows:
(i) 1 bedroom apartment: RM 150.00 per night (Min 2 nights stay)/RM 2200.00 a month* inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B" below.

(i-A) Superior 1 bedroom apartment at RM 1800.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B"

(ii) Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment: RM 200 per night/RM 2400.00 a month* inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B".

(ii-A) Superior 2 bedroom apartments ("C") at RM 2000.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B"

(iii) Deluxe 3 bedroom apartment: RM 250.00 per night/RM 2600.00 a month* inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B".

(iii-A) Superior 3 bedroom apartment ("C") at RM 2200.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B".

(iv) Penthouse. RM 4500.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B'.

From 01.05.2011, our standard rates are as follows:
(i) 1 bedroom apartment. Not Available at present.
(ii) 2 bedroom apartment: RM 250.00 per night/RM 2600.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B"
(iii) 3 bedroom apartment: RM 300.00 per night/RM 2800.00 a month inclusive of "A" and exclusive of "B".
*But we may have promotional rates again from 1st May 2011 onwards, but we will only know at the beginning of April 2011.

*Rates from 01.05.2011 onwards may be higher on eve or public holidays or important events in Penang i.e. Penang Bridge Run, USM Convocations, PESTA events.

*The rental per month is fixed term. No pro-rate allowed. For Tenancy above 3 months, the rates may be negotiable.
"A" - inclusive of gas, water, wireless internet, ASTRO cable TV (basic package), 2 times a week housekeeping.

"B" - exclusive of electricity. Chargeable at RM 0.70 per unit rate. However, daily rate will be inclusive of electricity.

"C" - Superior categories are available at Level 3 and Level 4. Limited seaview.

*On 11.03.2011, 12.03.2011 and 30.04.2011, only daily 3 bedroom rates available at RM 300.00/RM 350.00 per night. Please call to enquire on those days.

The services available includes housekeeping, change of linens and towels for guests.

At Century Bay Residences, we have penthouse duplex at RM4500.00 pr month (neg).

As for the executive suite, it is a 1,800 sqft house, with balcony, 3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms, 1 master bedroom itself can allocate another bed also if required for big family. It is at RM4500.00 per month.

As for the normal standard suite it's a 1,200 sqft house, with balcony, 3 bedrooms, with 1 bathroom attached to master bedroom and 1 common bathroom. The normal rate is RM3,200 per month.

At Century Bay Residences, we provide 1 to 3 bedrooms suites with different daily rates respectively which includes wireless connectivity, astro subscription and housekeeping.

Our conference rooms comes in different spaces. Our conference rooms caters for banquet, meeting, seminars, birthday party, wedding anniversary, and etc. We have long table meeting room, classroom concept room, and etc. Our conference rooms can easily fit 60-100 people. Our conference rooms may vary, depending on the hours of booking.

We have a bar that operates daily from 8pm till late for guests' enjoyment with games i.e. play station 2, nintendo W11, DVDs for complimentary usage, table tennis and board games. We also have a Karaoke room for your entertainment.

We understand that our guests will from time to time require secretarial services i.e. printing of the documents, scanning, faxing and handling of courier. Our hospitable front desk will always be glad to assist in all these services. Ideal for guests who works from home too.
