Pavilion Resort: Article

PAVILION RESORT, PENANG

An article on the project:

The 'Pavilion Resort' (Previously known as Pavilion Tower, or Pavilon Tower), stands proud to be one of the first few modern resort condominium which boast of their innovative design. Being quoted as "A modern architectural designed concept condominium with facilities for new lifestyle. Providing with each units a panoramic view of the natural environment, city and breathtaking sea view." one would really think that this could be the heaven that they could have been searching for.

With only 5 minutes from the Airport and being so close to Penang's FTZ (Free Trade Zone), Pavilion Resort commits to being the ideal place to live because of its strategic convenient location. This is good for home buyers that work around the area as well as for investors. Here are some pointers:-

Home Buyers:
  1. Located near to FTZ and Bayan Lepas (Work place)
  2. Convenient, lots of local amenities
  3. Low sense units (6 units per floor - 4 intermediates, 2 corners)
  4. Considerably good living space (1,477 and 1,616 square feet)
  5. Good facilities. (Take a dip in the infinity pool and fest your eyes on the panoramic breath taking sea view)
  6. Lively Greenery surroundings, overlooking panoramic sea view while enjoying cool sea breeze in the afternoon & hilly air at night, Enjoy maximum resort living after a hard days work
  7. Great Awesome view! Second link, Sea and airport view
Investors:
  1. Teluk Kumbar is "eyed" as Penang's upcoming future residential area, especially after 2014, after Penang Second link @ Batu Maung is already ready, up and running.
  2. There are lots of landed property at Teluk Kumbar, but Pavilion Resort would be one of the first few modern condo to be launched in that area.
  3. Imagine having a place 5 minutes away from the airport, low on noise as compared to Batu Maung area (as airport runway flow starts from Queensbay area) and coming home to a property with panoramic sea view. If budget suits potential tenants, Who doesn't want a chance to rent your property?
  4. Teluk Kumbar is poised to be targeted by allot of big developers. There will be tremendous property market growth in future.
  5. Government is concerned about the in-famous traffic issues around the area, and are planning to do something about it in the near future. (Obviously the Second link would be their first and top priority). Imagine the growth of the area when there is smooth traffic flow and house buyers start to pour in.
  6. Batu Maung is now appreciating in market value (approx RM900k - RM3 mil) due to Masing's good job in developing and branding the area. Balik Pulau is now getting the home buyers attention as well as promising face lift and future developments continue to dominate and spread in the area. International schools are sprouting and a promise of new shopping amenities are to arise soon. Teluk Kumbar, (which is in the middle of both Batu Maung and Balik Pulau) is bound to be developed as the central area someday soon.

With these pointers, i'm sure readers would have something to think about.

  8. Hi Mike, what is the official bank for pavilion? Are they offering any promotion on the loan?

  9. Hi Cheah,

Well, the developer is still yet to award the projects official bank, but if you are not taking any package from the developer then you are free to use any bank of your choosing.

We also have a package to absorb all interest till vacant possession, but that will be handled by the official bank (when chosen)
To b e entitled to the package; purchasers will have to take the higher pricing for the purchase of any unit of Pavilion.

If you need any further clarification, you can always e-mail me at mikecheong86@gmail.com or call me at 016-4207727.

    Thanks! :)
