We are very excited to present to announce today that 'the Propertizer team' has now officially taken over the sales and marketing of Pavilion Resort, Teluk Kumbar (Previously known as Pavilion Tower or Pavilon Tower). This is our online brochure for your viewing pleasure.

Developer is M/S Tropical Hill (Full own and subsidiary of Wabina Holdings Sdn. Bhd.). If yolu want to view the replica model of the resort, you can make an appointment with us! Its located at No.1 Halaman Melaka, level 5. Here is the map of how to get there...

    Thanks for your interest in the project. Currently as we know, developer will absorb the legal fees and SPA for any current buyers. We are currently in discussion for a special package for early birds, but its too early to announce anything at the moment.

    Well early bird package offered now is 1+1 carpark,
    (After the early bird promo, its one car park only per-unit)
    Launching would be this coming this 29th April 2011 at Queensbay Mall property fair (our booth expected to be in front of Dome's cafe)
    But i really agree with you...its a beauty, this pavilion resort,
    She will stand tall and be a landmark to anyone that comes down from the future Penang second bridge/ link

Somehow alot of people including myself can't see teluk kumbar developing last time..my dad used to tell me where can buy prop in teluk kumbar wan? haha now it's a whole diff story..balik pulau is coming up super fast..so this will compliment the whole southern area. btw how much is Pavilion going for?

  17. yep, lots of people are still surprised at the surge of prices @ Teluk Kumbar area. But it is def a good buy now, before the 2nd bridge opens up. Cant wait to look on the faces of the skeptics, (tho no offense to them) when they realize in 5 years time that they have just missed a golden opportunity. Oh well, theres always the "i cannot predict the future" story to console them during the near future. Hate to tell them...i-told-you-so

  21. the condo is interesting , low dens with nice view , as for the location for now you only see alot of trees around , still the undeveloped side of Penang . I was pretty skeptical in the beginning whether to purchase or not , but after some research and believe it's a not a bad place . Just have to see the future since Balik pulau and Teluk kumbar is developing . If you look at this current time , then you may not want to buy , but if you look forward and the pricing of land today in Penang is keep going up , then consider it.

    Silly question. Does the view towards the sea and 2nd link from the balcony or front door?
    Cause from the map above. Entrance is on South and North is nothing much to see.

    Thanks for your question! Nice to have received many comments and questions here :)

    Okay, basically the view is from the balcony of the condo which is facing south. When you enter your home, you will be directly facing south, which gives you the view of Penang's southern sea. (Be greeted by the cool breeze and everlasting green seas in the evening when you come back from work)

    However, when you exit your home from the front dorr, you will then be facing north, which you have the view of the greeneries or Bayan Lepas, Balik Pulau and Teluk Kumbar.

    Currently since we are still in soft launch (going to be official launch soon) the price we are going is from RM 472k onwards ..the size is 1477 sqf and RM 500k above for 1616 sqf . we have very limited units left but please do take advantage on our soft launch price before the official launch :)

    The total land area is 2.5 acres

    Yuan , we still have about 40% remaining out of 99 units .

    We did not take part for this Star Property Fair is because we are awaiting for the official launch which would be in Gurney Plaza next month (August)

    I have a cousin from Alor Setar which had purchased a unit from you, (not sure which sales person)
    Which unit is "Sea view", and are there sea view units that are still available....
    I am uncertain if I am buying for investment or staying purposes yet....

  45. any developers are like that. They can promise you the whole universe but in the end they can't remember who you are .I know this marketing team . i've bought a unit at P.Resort. What i can say is that they are very good and yes honest indeed. They have given me the best service and for developer , forget about asking them anything . they have no time to entertain you ,yet they can be rude at times .

    I have signed the SAP too. Was very rushing then, as I need to fly oversea. My shortcoming was I am from outside Penang.

    I gone thro the SAP and contents/phrases/clauses were poor.

    Totally different from what were proposed earlier.

    You saw the plan layout? What is the small triangle shape on the left? Is it bcos added in here and there small patches just to make up for 1 hectare of land for this project?

    The terms were very misleading in the SAP!!!....

  51. I noticed the unsold units are mostly mid to high floors due the pricing is higher compare with the lower floors . I checked with the developer on that. The developer also is not doing any marketing until cny , so I guess they will push off the units at that time or move ourstation

    Yup mostly the sold units are more towards the lower floors due to the pricing
    But mid and higher floors are really good to be considered if you wish to buy one
    Because the view is excellent and it would be very good for rental yield for expats

    Just consider this ya,
