Haha okay ...it's weird but here we go " forgive those who do not know their wrongs" Yes this is so true..no point arguing with them because they have cemented their pride along with them...so how right you are but to them they will find ways to say that you are wrong. If you have put all into something but does not reap your rewards ,it means move on...if the reward what you supposed to get is being held back due to their ignorance , ( seriously I don't know why...as if the people put all to give the best is being pictured as a bad person...really?? Seriously bro?) and just to keep their pride not to lose cause they have everything to lose and the "kids" has nothing to lose , don't worry if the reward do not go to you...don't be angry , don't do anything unprofessional cause at this time you are the professional and they are kids. Today's quote is something about wealth . Alot of people says "wow i wish i could be a millionaire , buying sports cars , huge condo/landed , spend on anything i want and i don't have to worry about anything ." True , but if you a millionaire , you are still paying the bank loans , still got to wake up early to see through your business until you are practically old .

I know a friend that he's not a millionaire but rich enough to enjoy things he wants . What is the definition of "Rich'?

It's been a while since i posted Quote of the Day . Sometimes life is a roller coaster . When you about to hit the peak , you drop , when you drop , you'll hit the peak , at times it takes you for a "spin" . Oh wow having headache now lol . Ok more on a serious note . When you give your best , you'll expect the best . When you give your commitment , you expect to get paid . When you get paid , you'll be more motivated to reach your goal . Very simple example , an employee gets paid RM 2k per month , he'll work worth of RM 2k per month , nothing more , nothing less (maybe got less la ) . When you get paid RM 10 k per month , you'll work worth RM 10k . We can't tell the person that gets paid RM 2k to work like the person earning RM 10 k . It's just not justifiable for the person . It's true when people said , work and don't think about money cause at the end of the day , you'll get rewarded , but can a person work all heartedly and the income is not justifiable? To keep the machine running , you need to maintain it , put fuel in it in order to run . What if it runs and the machine is out of fuel? what will happened?

The demand of Queensbay Mall shoplot has increased lately . I'm here because wanting to introduce my client in purchasing a lot in Queensbay Mall . So far so good for my other clients that purchased QBM .

Wondering what myself and Michael Cheong is doing here so late(early) in the morning ? Been very busy the last few days because of our property fair . It was a good success and thanks to all that came to visit us and our project .

I'm really loving this line . Meeting new people , discussing with them about properties , becoming their friends . It's always not about business , but relationship that matters most. Myself and my team are blessed to be in this field. Sometimes people tend to see life in a very small scope .
