PiP Property Fair November 2011

We are happy yo announce that our site is doing very well, and its because of your support! A thousand Thank You's from yours truly, the Propertizer Team!

We are also happy to announce that we will be participating in the PiP Property Fair from 3rd-6th of November 2011 (Penang International Property Exhibition)! Among many of their exhibitions, we hope that this fair brings Penang people more choices and various real estate of the island and also international market to invest in. Home buyers are also greatly encouraged to make your purchase of your dream home now and take advantage of the packages given by the developers. The reasoning behind this is simple....the economy of Malaysia is something that every rakyat can feel....and this feeling tells you that the pricing of the properties in Penang market will NOT be going anytime soon, tho whatever talks about the slowdown in property.

But I truly believe that Penang, especially Penang Island's property/ real estate pricing will not be affected or even slow down in anyway. In fact the Penang Real Estate council see's a huge potential growth in the gradually rising property prices on the island. Fragonard Garden: About

              Fragonard, a direct French translation from the English word "Fragrance" is a project consisting of 68 units of terrace, built upon a 6.4 acre land. It's developer, VST Development Sdn. Bhd, has already 16 years in the business and currently is on its way climbing the main board of Malaysia.

  The concept: Fragonard Garden's unique surrounding promotes key feelings such as:-
