We are also happy to announce that we will be participating in the PiP Property Fair from 3rd-6th of November 2011 (Penang International Property Exhibition)! Among many of their exhibitions, we hope that this fair brings Penang people more choices and various real estate of the island and also international market to invest in. Home buyers are also greatly encouraged to make your purchase of your dream home now and take advantage of the packages given by the developers. The reasoning behind this is simple....the economy of Malaysia is something that every rakyat can feel....and this feeling tells you that the pricing of the properties in Penang market will NOT be going anytime soon, tho whatever talks about the slowdown in property.
But I truly believe that Penang, especially Penang Island's property/ real estate pricing will not be affected or even slow down in anyway. In fact the Penang Real Estate council see's a huge potential growth in the gradually rising property prices on the island. Maybe the worst that could happen is a slowdown in the appreciation in rural areas, but then again, Penang is AN ISLAND after all, so what rural areas will be potential commercial growth areas...especially the upcoming Balik Pulau, Teluk Kumbar and Batu Ferringhi. Investors who can see 10 years ahead have already secured their gold mine on these areas....home buyers have already started to notice the potential of township growths in the area and have started purchasing real estate in these zone's.....upcoming buyers are already making in depth survey concerning the prices and latest news on upcoming commercial and education development in these areas due to their family planning, thus all these factors are coming together; making good progress towards building these township together..
During this fair, we will be displaying the replica model of all 3 Projects...Casa Perdana, TK Residence and Fragonard Garden.
