Since that now all of us are in another field/line , but one thing we learned while we were (and still) doing while in Real Estate is that always be friends with your clients . Long term relationships are better off than short . After selling off a property , it doesn't stop there...as real estate agents our job ends after the signing of Sales and Purchase agreement :) (anyone who says otherwise please demand for your job role contract, if you have one or on a payroll) , after that take them out for a drink , chit chat or even say hi to them , trust me they will remember you for long time..and they will intro their friends to you whenever they need to find a property .
To be a leader is to lead by example , not talk talk talk tell tell tell order order order promise empty promises :P .
In the end the leader look like a kid and the "students" are the professional because of the leaders behavioral actions and tone...seriously very unprofessional...haha ...
